Region 14 school board votes to launch independent investiga

WOODBURY — The Region 14 Board of Education has opened an investigation into the conduct of school administrators amid allegations that some teachers were passed over to receive a COVID-19 vaccine in favor of a select group of administrators.
The board voted 6-1 Wednesday to hire an outside firm to investigate the matter in response to outraged residents and teachers, some of whom have called for Superintendent of Schools Joseph Olzacki to be dismissed.
