(stock photo) Region of Waterloo Public Health confirmed 164 new coronavirus cases on Monday afternoon, plus four more COVID-related deaths. It means there have been 7,503 cases here since March. Two of the four deaths have been linked to outbreaks - one at Highland Place retirement home, the other at The Village of Winston Park retirement home - which puts the local death toll at 179. It comes a day after the region hit a daily high for cases at 203 were reported on Sunday.
