Twelve years ago, sisters Michelle Hawkins and Missy Fromme took over as co-owners of their father’s company. While the women were aiming to keep the company running exactly how their father had, Michelle’s husband, Patrick Hawkins, who joined as president and general manager, was eager to make changes.
