RENOVO — A public plea by the Renovo Council of Churches saw area parishioners not only meet the request but come through three-fold as again the Bucktail Medical Center is able to see through fundraising just what the hospital means to the community. The council asked area churches to help and try to raise $2,500 and they would match the donation, getting a $5,000 check to the BMC as the small rural center has faced even more uncertain times over the past year.
