The current renter's moratorium expires in June, which means landlords will once again be able to evict you if you are behind on payments. And state leaders said that is not fair. "I expect that we will use all of the money that's been allocated in the state. That's why it's so important that we make sure the system is running well when we open it up," Jennifer Ho, Minnesota Housing commissioner said.
