Replacing State Gas Tax Would Improve the Future of Michigan

MIDLAND, Mich. — Michigan’s road funding system would be improved if policymakers start piloting a transition to a new user fee system, according to a study released today by the Mackinac Center for Public Policy and Reason Foundation.
