Picture: Everyone Active RESIDENTS in Redcar and Cleveland have been urged to keep within the rules while enjoying new found freedoms when Covid-related restrictions are relaxed again from Monday. From Monday (May 17) six people – or two households – will be allowed to meet indoors and in pubs and restaurants in the penultimate stage of the Government’s four-step roadmap out of lockdown. One major change will mean leisure centres in the borough and elsewhere will be able to re-launch group exercise classes again. Libraries will be open for more services in addition to self-service browsing and Kirkleatham Museum, near Redcar, will also be opening again from Tuesday (May 18).
