Revolution owners activate pipeline in Beaver County CENTER TWP. — Owners of the controversial Revolution Pipeline activated the line in Beaver County Monday. ETC Northeast Pipeline, a subsidiary of Dallas-based Energy Transfer, told Beaver County Emergency Services the company would place the line into service March 1, months after state regulators first permitted construction to continue in Center Township. The pipeline erupted into flames in the township more than two years ago following heavy rainfall and a subsequent landslide. The blast torched multiple acres of forested areas and caused ongoing headaches for residents. The 40-mile natural gas line travels across Butler, Beaver and Washington counties.
