Rexnord donates $1 million to Marquette University for career development program

Rexnord Corp. donated $1 million to Marquette University to expand its career development program for business students.

Marquette said the money will be used to broaden the Bridge to Business program that started with a focus on early-career engineers. The program will start to include people with varying professional experience from different sectors. 
The industrial equipment maker donated $1 million in 2016 to launch the program. Bridge to Business is a six-day experience through business and engineering that focuses on emerging employment needs. Part of the recent gift will support the student workspace in the new building for the College of Business Administration.
