After the glazing in the windows had failed, Daniel Spilling, of The Window & Door Outlet, stepped forward and replaced both the windows free of charge. Daniel, who started the business around two years ago, said: “I know what’s it like, growing up and not having food on the table. I relied on friends and relatives to help me out from time to time, so I thought I’d do what I thought was right and help them.
