(Chester County District Attorney's Office) ROXBOROUGH, PHILADELPHIA — A Roxborough home was a part of a major drug and gun trafficking operation, according to authorities. The Chester County District Attorney's Office Tuesday announced the arrest of nine people charged in connection with trafficking large quantities of methamphetamine, heroin, and other drugs bought in Philadelphia and sold in Chester County. Among those charged is Jeremiah Stefan Rafakie Bowens, 28, of Roxborough. Bowens has been charged with multiple counts of possession with intent to deliver, dealing in proceeds of unlawful activities, criminal use of communication facility, conspiracy, and related charges. Alicia Johnay Griffin, 21, of Philadelphia, is facing the same charges
