03:54 EDT, 5 April 2021 8 shares PR maven Roxy Jacenko has broken her silence about the toll that vile graffiti attacks on her office and neighbourhood took on her - as a Sydney socialite and a controversial street artist are charged. Anthony Hess, 40, and Andrew Lister, 41, allegedly sprayed obscene words outside the publicity queen's office in Paddington, inner Sydney, and home in North Bondi, on April 24, 2019. Ms Jacenko attempted to bring a restraining order against Hess in a Sydney court which ultimately failed after he denied the claim. However, in a major development Hess was formally charged with two counts of aggravated intentional marking premises without consent last week. Lister was charged with the same offences. Neither man has entered a plea.
