Well look i think it goes far beyond just even the idea of do you trust them to handle it correctly the very creation of this new agency cannot be trusted because theres nothing that works about this in terms of constitutionality theres no due process involved in this it is literally an agency that would be set up and designed in a way to say were going to figure out who is a threat to our society before they do anything threatening which goes against everything inside of the constitution and then on top of that we want to use the amazon echo the google home the apple watch to listen in on what youre doing to gather data on you and then to determine if you are in fact a threat to yourself or a threat to the greater population it is like 984 on steroids its everything that every kind of warning that weve ever had about whether dystopian governments look like a dystopian age would look like being played out right in front of us everything we knew we didnt like about apple watches and amazon and goes in google homes is all coming to fruition under the guise of the same shit. S. Government be making lists and serving citizens just based on Mental Health issues and who decides that at the end of the day ill ask you 1st but. Well no they absolutely should not look there is a judge who just ruled today about this situation with a watch list essentially for Muslim Americans theres 4600 americans on this Government Watch list and it was ruled unconstitutional because of the fact that no one knows how they get on the list in the 1st place nor do they know what the criteria are to get off this list they havent committed a crime theres no indication they were were in the process of committing a crime where they would ever commit a crime thats what the judge said what he looked at it he said this was unconstitutional but its actually being created here tyro is a national its on a watch list every Single Person in the nation automatically goes on to the list youre all on the list everyones going to be surveilled to listen to and again its this idea that you need to be stopped before. Ass in charge of the taining immigrants and migrants but they also want to act in the best care of their patients and other words the oh how can a patient come 1st when youre working for a you know an organization or an agency that might not want patient care 1st allen ill ask you was in immigration of turf so i think 1st corstens on of brings these 2 source together why would you sort of watch people when its more cost efficient to help people so instead of saying you know im going to watch you what this money how about i give you some healthcare to sort of help you correct whatever difference as you may hap people have Mental Illnesses are not diseased are disaffected individuals theyre still citizens of this culture and they shouldnt be treated as we start going down the slaved like emigrants or something of that fashion so its very confusing how Watchdog Agency that allows individuals that are detained at at these facilities to not have a program healthcare not have basics open border for women children who are going through different parts of their lives so these are not people who are actually even doing anything criminal or going to be able to watch a larger wall of our society so exactly the problem that we sort of talk about as a professional there is a complex issue and in these restraints of a Government Agency sort of stepping into your professional license and saying you cant get out do these things is constitutionally problematic and professionally problematic. As a whistle blower who blew the whistle you know when youre talking about doctors now trying to help these people in these Detention Centers and these you know where theyre putting music to immigrants you know i magine thats got to be a hard thing to do when faced with you know you put your job 1st or to put these peoples care 1st or the law 1st absolutely right there are going to be dual loyalties even if there shouldnt be you know another thing to these of the Mental Health type is that here in the United States there are more mentally ill people being treated in american prisons than there are in mental hospitals and shame on us as a country for that being the fact we should be spending money on Mental HealthMental Health care reopening mental hospitals or financing and funding Mental Health wings of existing hospitals rather than just putting mentally ill people in prison which is what we do now now in terms of the border youre absolutely right but whats the whats the the answer the answer really is at least now is that we have to rely on physicians to just do the right thing im not sure that we can are they going to rat out immigrants who have some sort of problem maybe in an effort to have them cast out of the country again this is something that that we have to struggle with in the absence of of a law or even a clear policy thats very true but youve got about one minute left what is your take on this you know with this issue of medical doctors you know being able you know being kind of torn in both directions when it comes to these detentions.
