And repeatedly that man was insulting and threatening the officers even using racial slurs against the officers who are africanamericans so yes that officer has now been charged because he completely lost his composure in that moment when he assaulted and punched repeatedly the suspect but theres Something Else he did or Something Else according to his own police chief he also lied about the incident in his official incident report not explaining why the man ended up injured which now brings us to this case and this is a case of a buffalo protester who according to an official Police Report tripped and fell.
