Rutland Library has passes to attractions Community Content RUTLAND — The Friends of the Rutland Library offers passes for free or discounted admission at a variety of attractions around the state. This year, passes are available for Davis Farmland, Massachusetts State Parks, Old Sturbridge Village, Tower Hill Botanic Garden and Worcester Art Museum.
