LUDINGTON, MI --The historic S.S. Badger car ferry is under new ownership, but the ship’s mission as a transport from Ludington to Manitowoc, Wisconsin will remain the same.
Interlake Holding Company announced Wednesday, Dec. 30 that it had purchased the assets of the Lake Michigan Carferry Company and the Pere Marquette Shipping Company.
