'CS:GO' Update: In-Game Purchases Made Non-Tradable for a Week; Lifts Ban on Selected Players

"Counter-Strike: Global Offensive" (CS:GO) updates eligibility guidelines for the upcoming 2021 Regional Major Rankings (RMR) event, allowing previously banned players to join.
The renewed guidelines come as the game prepares for the road to Stockholm, which marks the beginning of the RMR events.
Meanwhile, the release notes for the latest patch were published, announcing game changes involving in-game purchases and operation rewards.
'CS:GO' Updated VAC Ban Guidelines
On Apr. 15, "CS:GO" announced that the game will change some of its event guidelines about the Valve Anti-Cheat System (VAC) ban.
In the updated VAC ban rules, players who received the penalty in "CS:GO" more than five years ago can now participate in Valve-sponsored events.
