Now, Samsung’s first 5G foldable smartphone has started getting the latest security patch. The Galaxy Fold 5G (SM-F907B) is now getting the new update in the UK. The new software comes with firmware version F907BXXS5EUG1 and includes the August 2021 security patch. As per Samsung’s documentation, the new security patch fixes 40 vulnerabilities related to user privacy and data security. It includes 38 fixes from Google and 2 fixes from Samsung. This update lacks any new features or user-facing changes.
