A Sarina prawn farmer has faced court for driving drunk to a "premeditated" fight armed with a pool cue.
Prosecutor Sergeant Marcus Hahn told Sarina Magistrates Court that police arrived at Borgs Rd at Alligators Creek about 8.20pm on November 20 to find a group of men armed with baseball bats.
Sgt Hahn said Sarina resident Dyon James Blyth was standing next to his car at the scene.
"(Blyth) stated to police that he had come from a party and that he had not driven the vehicle and that his mate's missus had driven the vehicle earlier and she had now left," Sgt Hahn said.
