It said it will provide free training and significant discounts on learning and development products, and help service leavers transfer to a career in analytics. The company is planning to work with the Career Transition Partnership and Forces Families Jobs to develop tailored pathways to employment. This will involve guaranteeing a job interview for any veteran who meets the minimum role criteria. It will also provide new-hire employees, along with their spouses or partners, coaching and mentoring to adjust to new roles.
