SC directs Maharashtra govt to submit OBC data before State

The Supreme Court on Wednesday directed the Maharashtra government to submit data and information available with the State regarding Other Backward Classes (OBCs) to the Maharashtra State Backward Classes Commission (SBCC) in order to examine its correctness and make recommendations on their representation in elections for local bodies.
