SC Directs MP HC to Reinstate A Female ADJ Who Had Resigned

The Supreme Court, on Thursday, directed the Madhya Pradesh High Court to reinstate forthwith the woman Additional District Judge (ADJ) who had resigned from service in 2014 alleging sexual harassment by a High Court judge.
