SC refuses to interfere with NCLAT order allowing Supertech'

The Supreme Court on Thursday refused to interfere with the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) order and allowed Supertech's promoters to raise funds on a priority funding basis and complete the projects.
