SC upholds ruling declaring BSKE postponement unconstitution

THE Supreme Court upheld its decision declaring Republic Act (RA) 11935, the law which postponed the Barangay and Sangguniang Elections (BSKE) from December 2022 to October 2023, as unconstitutional.
