scrap disposal: Centre earns Rs 776 crore from scrap disposa

The Indian government has earned INR 776 crore ($105 million) from disposing of scrap in three cleanliness campaigns conducted by government offices in the last three years, according to Union Minister of State for Personnel Jitendra Singh. The ongoing special cleanliness campaign 3.0 has generated INR 176 crore in revenue.
