The estimated cost of construction excluding sales tax is between $7,800,000 and $8,700,000. Bids will be opened and read publicly at that time. This project provides for 55,608 sf of tenant improvement to an existing 76,900 sf office building; 5,170 sf of new floor area with structural upgrades, new electrical, mechanical, and plumbing services, partial exterior envelopment improvements, and site working including parking and utilities.
