BOSTON — The Massachusetts Secretary of State received a copy of an unredacted investigation report into allegations of staff harassment by Fall River School Superintendent Matt Malone on Wednesday to determine what, if any, portion of the document can be released to the public, according to the agency’s spokesperson. “They have started the review and technically have 15 business days to complete a review and issue a determination,” said spokesperson Deb O’Malley. The School Committee has so far denied a number of calls by both city councilors and the public to release the more than 25-page investigation conducted by an independent outside investigator who was hired in September when five current and former staff members filed complaints against Malone.
