Seven West Media has announced an expert from the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (ACICA) has made a call on its stoush with CA. In a statement, Seven West said the expert found that CA should deduct $5.3m from the next instalment of the broadcast rights fee, while a further $3m should be deducted if Australia’s rescheduled one-off Test against Afghanistan does not take place in 2021-22.
