Second day [inaudible] by master Architectural Firm of hurts, scott and knolls i was concerned this was not discussed in the staff report in Planning Commission. If you read the e mail i sent this home [inaudible] was fine inside per add. And according to the hr alert by staff, quote retains a high level integrity and he contains the second day traditions defining features. And then writes, it is is not consistent an example or full expression of the style. However, in the 2011 context statement, San Francisco modern land scape design, 1970 wrote on page 183 fewer Single Family homes in San Francisco and wrote it was a conservative estimate hamp this demolition approved tomorrow of this project in 8700 square foot 7 huh human Million Dollars take down there will be fewer. Previously the hca rated home was altered out of existence and redesign under the section 317 demo calculations tandem out to demolition [inaudible]. So. That is 2, second day Tradition Homes by mast are architects not full practitioners but influenced by it that has been lost that needs to be brought to the commissions attention. Thanks, have a good day. Take care. Good afternoon this is richard rothman. Im out here to talk about murals i am here to talk about fair street. I listened to the board of permit appeals and not knowing what was on the agenda, soon realized there was an item about the annex and that building. Without coming to the commission. And allir can say is the border permit appeals 5 hours on the subject and asked to be continued. And to have City Attorney write pregnancy im not going to say what the board of permit appeals. I did look at the sign and i think that this item should be coming to the commission. I was always under the assumption if once a bodiesing the city landmark anything go on the outside of the commission, as a building had to come before your commission. And apparently in 2018, what it was speedup the process. This change and may be this commission needs to have a hearing on this matter. And so that there is moreover site on what goes on the outside of the bodiesing. And these were not small signs they were pretty very noticeable signs that were going on the outside of rincon annex. And they were not. Thank you for upon listening to me. [inaudible]. I wanted to express my support for will the projects from last cola on 18th street.
