Sherborn Select Board discusses impact of pandemic on residents Sarah Freedman, Correspondent SHERBORN -- With the concern about the mental and emotional health of students during the COVID-19 pandemic, the COVID-19 team broached the topic of how to address a concern or issue for parents at the April 15 meeting of the Sherborn Select Board. Spreading the information for parents in the community, Board of Health Chairwoman Daryl Beardsley referred people to the Massachusetts government website, https://www.mass.gov/, where they can find resources about mental health concerns during the pandemic. She also shared the site https://handholdma.org/, a site managed by a “team of mental health and child development experts in partnership with parents.”
