Christopher G. Paeglow was arrested after officers from the Sheriff's narcotics enforcement unit purchased fentanyl, a powerful synthetic opioid, from Paeglow, the Sheriff's office said. In recent weeks, nearby Washington County has seen its share of overdoses and one death due to fentanyl-laced cocaine and heroin.
