SIC Foundation to host Jazz Under the Stars event : vimarsan

Two jazz bands are slated to perform on the Hise Terrace. The opening band is local favorite The Penguins featuring Jim Smith, Bruce Boone, Keith Talley, and Melinda Tolley.
