At last night’s (Tuesday) School District 57 Board Meeting, a trio of new cooking courses was approved for the high school. PGSS teacher and Red Seal Chef Erick Vilegenthart developed the courses. Board Chair Trent Derrick told MyPGNow.com what each course will entail. “It is all about preparing kids if they want to enter Red Seal so it goes step by step from how to order, prep, and serve your food and how to follow up and clean up as well.”
