Slough care homes vaccination rollout expected to be done by this week


by the end of this week, a public health official announced.
As part of the massive UK vaccine rollout, Prime Minister Boris Johnson stated his target to give the first dose of vaccine to 15 million people in the four groups by mid-February.
So far, over 2.4 million people have received their first dose.

Tracey Faraday-Drake, East Berkshire Clinical Commissioning Group’s managing director for Slough, announced she expects all of the borough’s care homes to be vaccinated by the end of this week.
