FALMOUTH — Smithfield Farm got its stable permit back from the town of Falmouth after it was found to be complying with board of health regulations. The Falmouth Board of Health voted at its Monday meeting to reinstate the farm’s stable permit after an inspection found that it met all regulations. The board also rescinded the $200 per day fine it had originally approved in May. “I’m pleased that the town was able to look at this from the bylaws and Smithfield Farm has done everything it needed to do to get its license back,” said Sarah Long, the attorney representing the farm, in a phone interview Tuesday.
