Snow Hill election: Interim mayor not running as field is set SNOW HILL, Md. — The field of candidates has been set for Snow Hill's municipal election. Residents will head to the polls in May to choose a mayor and two Town Council members. This year's election will feature three races, for mayor, Central District council member and Western District council member. This year's mayoral election will be the town's third in three years, with former mayor Gary Weber being elected in 2019 and reelected in 2020. Lisa Outten Harrison, who represents the Eastern District on the Town Council, isn't up for reelection this year. Her two-year term expires in 2022.
