Anthony Hess, 40, beat Ms Jacenko in court after she slapped him with a restraining order claiming his campaign of harassment had her living in fear. The April 24, 2019, attack on her Sweaty Betty PR office in Paddington, in Sydney's eastern suburbs, was one of the grounds in her application. Hess denied being the culprit under cross-examination in Downing Centre Local Court in February 2020 with the quip 'gay guys don't do graffiti'.
