Some frustrated about hiring process for new Carroll County

All current fire and emergency medical services personnel who work in Carroll County have had to apply for new positions with the Fire and EMS Department, with no guarantee of getting hired. Some say they have failed the psychological testing portion of the county’s multistep hiring process and claim it is unfair.
