Change the names of the players, modernize the language, shorten it, maybe add an expletive or two, and it could be a comment posted at Bleed Cubbie Blue in almost any game thread or in response to almost any of Al Yellon's wrap-ups of games in 2021: ... "The management would consult the best interests of the club if they should at once discharge two of the present players -- Warren White and Scott Hastings.
