January 11, 2021 A CHP Captain transferring from Clearlake is the new Commander of the Sonoma County CHP. 56-year-old Captain Randy England took charge of the Santa Rosa CHP Last week after Captain Aristotle Wolfe was named assistant chief of the agency’s northern division. Commander England has been a CHP officer since 1996 and had most recently commanded Clearlake CHP for two years. The Press Democrat reports that Commander England is commuting from Ukiah and he and his family haven’t committed to moving to the Sonoma County area due to the cost of living. Quick Links
