Beijing: If you lose money because of someone’s false statement about securities trading, what can you do to recover the loss? Going to Beijing Financial Court might be the best option. The court, the second of its type in China – the first was established in Shanghai in 2018 – opened in Xicheng district on March 18. It specialises in handling finance-related civil and administrative disputes, including insurance and securities cases, that are usually handled by the city’s intermediate-level courts. The two courts were established to keep up with the country’s rapid financial growth and the rising number of associated cases.
