Our Northern Virginia sperm bank is located in Fairfax, VA, near the Mosaic District and Dunn-Loring WMAT metro station. Sperm Donor Qualifications Donors must be men, age 18-39, healthy, and have a post-high school education, including trade school/certificate programs, first responders, college students, college graduates, etc. Sperm Donor Compensation Our Fairfax, VA sperm bank is looking for donors who want to help families in need while also getting paid. Compensation for donors is usually $150/visit, or up to $4000 over 6 months. We have a flexible 1-2 quick visits per week, working around your schedule.
