The city recorded 521 COVID-19 infections for the week of April 4-10, compared to 486 cases the prior week. Helen Caulton-Harris, the city’s commissioner of health and human services, said 59% of the new cases involved residents 30 and younger — an increase of 6% in one week for that age group. Infections among residents between the ages of 31 and 50 represented 25% of total new cases.
