Stainless steel takeout container startup hopes to expand beyond Boulder KMGH and last updated 2021-07-13 20:43:56-04 BOULDER, Colo. -- It's new, it's shiny, and it's ready to take on the restaurant industry along the Front Range. Meet your new takeout container, a concept by a local startup called RepEATer. "The appetite was always here for a service like this. And now, it's finally something that they can use," Ashwin Ramdas, RepEATer's chief technology officer and co-founder, said Tuesday. The stainless steel container can be reused at least 2,000 times, putting single-use containers to shame. "It costs almost nothing for the operators to use, and it costs almost nothing for the consumers to use," RepEATer's chief operations officer and co-founder Christopher Todd said.
