(Stutsman County, ND) -- A girl from Stutsman County has won this year's Bonnie Plants Third-Grade Cabbage Program. Third-grade student Sully Amundson won a $1,000 scholarship for an eleven-pound cabbage. The North Dakota Department of Agriculture and Bonnie Plants sponsor the competition so children have a way to "safely learn outside during the pandemic."
