STEAM Lab aiming to close opportunity gap for children of co

At the grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony, Executive Director Karen Lott said the learning lab at Women’s League Child Development Center in Hartford, which she says is the first of its kind in the state, was created to close the opportunity gap between children of color and their white peers.
