Stephen Blucher recognized with AARP Chapter & REA Unit Comm

Chapter 1100 President Candace Lehmann expresses the virtual congratulations which the chapter membership and the community conveyed to Stephen Blucher during this era of restricted personal contact because of the COVID-19. Blucher was recognized as an AARP Chapter & REA Unit Community Service Award recipient for 2020. Presentation of the award was delayed until recently due to the administrative delays incurred during the pandemic.
