Still no priorities from legislators for American Rescue Plan By Joe Taitano II Minority leader Christopher M. Duenas and Speaker Therese M. Terlaje have not yet submitted a list of policy priorities to Gov. Lou Leon Guerrero regarding the $664 million that Guam is expected to receive as part of the American Rescue Plan . The governor addressed a letter to both senators on April 19, requesting a meeting with lawmakers to discuss what policies they would like to see move forward. "To successfully transition from crisis response to economic recovery, we know we must work together under a One Guam approach," the governor wrote.
