Jonathan Gullis is accused of breaking Paragraph 16 of the Parliamentary Code of Conduct through the 'use of facilities [stationery] provided from the public purse'. He is one of eight Conservative MPs - including Prime Minister Boris Johnson - and one Labour MP to appear on the standards commissioner's latest list.
