STRATFORD — The town is hoping the third time is the charm in its bid to attract a developer for a long-vacant former school property downtown.
After two prior requests for proposals for the former Center School property off Sutton Avenue fizzled, Mayor Laura Hoydick announced at last week’s Town Council meeting that a third was being readied.
